What does the membership cover?
It prepares eligible locations and includes the subscriber program: approved rate protection, annual deployment credits, an eligible response commitment, stand-down protection, NJB Intelligence recommendations, and expanded visibility. Guard hours beyond included eligible credits are billed separately.
How does the 90-minute commitment work?
For eligible immediate requests, the clock starts when your team presses Deploy and runs until the officer is physically on site. Written exclusions apply, including certain emergencies, rural locations, surge conditions, incomplete access information, and specialty services. NJB confirms the eligible scope with you.
Can we still call NJB for help?
Yes. Phone support remains available. Both regular QRT and QRT Advantage clients can request coverage through the portal or by calling NJB.
What happens if we cancel a deployment?
Under the eligible stand-down benefit, there is no charge before the officer arrives. After arrival, a four-hour minimum applies. More than three en-route cancellations at one location in a quarter return that location to standard cancellation terms.
Are holiday deployments included at the same rate?
Holiday deployments generally bill at time and a half unless your approved agreement includes a specific waiver. NJB will review those terms with you.
How are deployment credits used?
Credits apply automatically to the first eligible deployments each program year. The reference program defines one credit as a standard eight-hour unarmed or fire watch deployment, and 1.5 credits for an armed deployment. Credits expire at year end and have no cash value. Your agreement confirms the included amount and application rules.
Does NJB Intelligence deploy security automatically?
No. NJB Intelligence helps identify potentially affected locations and supports recommendations. Your team reviews the information and authorizes each QRT Advantage deployment.
