Selected locations and services, as agreed.
Decision-making
Your team decides on additional actions and coverage changes.
Best fit
You want coordinated services while keeping direct control of changes.
Discuss Sync2

NJB confirms the operating scope, available capabilities, reporting, and response authority before implementation.

A better allocation of security dollars

Financial predictability.
Operational flexibility.

Some locations need a sustained physical presence. Others may be better served by a different mix of monitoring, patrol, and response.

Synchronicity looks across the portfolio to help put resources where they create the most value. The business case starts with your actual coverage, costs, and requirements.

Make every resource intentional.

A portfolio review connects three questions.

01

Where is protection needed?

Understand site exposure, employee safety, asset value, and required controls.

02

What is the right mix?

Strengthen gaps and review overlap while preserving required coverage.

03

What are the dollars producing?

Review service activity and spending against the objectives of the plan.

What is Synchronicity?

Synchronicity is NJB Protection’s integrated approach to security. It brings intelligence, customized monitoring, technology, patrol, rapid response, and physical guarding into a coordinated plan, with a service mix shaped around each location.

What is the difference between Sync2 and Sync3?

Sync2 combines selected services at agreed locations, with your team directing additional actions and coverage changes. Sync3 is designed for enterprise portfolio management: your team sets the rules and financial limits, and NJB manages the covered resource mix and actions within those boundaries.

Does this replace our security guards?

The assessment determines where guarding remains necessary and where other resources may be appropriate. Required controls and site obligations remain part of the plan. Changes are based on your locations, operating needs, and approved scope.

Can we use our existing cameras?

NJB reviews camera coverage, image quality, connectivity, lighting, and any audio capability during assessment. Suitable existing equipment may support the plan. Any upgrades or new equipment are identified in the proposed scope.

Is every camera watched continuously?

Monitoring follows the approved service plan. That may include scheduled inspections, qualified-event review, voice intervention where supported, and defined escalation. Coverage hours, camera views, review frequency, and available actions are agreed for each site.

How are response decisions and spending controlled?

Your plan defines triggers, authorized actions, durations, designated contacts, and financial limits. Sync2 keeps additional-change decisions with your team. Sync3 establishes standing authority for covered actions; requests outside the agreed boundaries require approval.

Will Synchronicity reduce our security costs?

The assessment may identify opportunities to reduce overlap or reallocate spend. The result depends on your baseline, site needs, required controls, and service mix. NJB builds a customer-specific business case rather than promising a universal savings percentage.
